PRE-ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation of all Pre-Orders for Trading Card Game Sealed Product, Sports Card Products and other Collectible/Randomized Card Products will incur a 10% processing fee calculated based on total order value. Release date delays. product allocations and other logistics, production or distribution factors out of our control will not serve as reason to circumvent this policy. Orders that order multiples of the same item and are deemed for resale/speculative purposes will also be subject to the 10% processing fee at managements discretion.
As per our TCG Singles Shipping Policy, all singles sales are final.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
All orders containing Pre-Order products will be held until the release/arrival of all items in that order.
CAN YOU SEND SOME OF WHAT I ORDERED EARLY?
Should you wish to split your order into multiple shipments, it will require the purchase of an additional shipping charge, if the items being sent do not meet the threshold for free shipping.
PRE-ORDER PRICE GUARANTEE
If we lower the price of a Pre-Order product before its release date you will be refunded the difference back to your original payment method. If we raise the price of a Pre-Order product, the cost to you will not change*.
This guarantee does not apply to TCG Singles as they are final sale.
*Price adjustments at the distribution level may require us to contact you regarding a price increase - should you not wish to pay the increased price we will gladly offer a full refund. Prices are subject to error and us contacting you would be notice that a price was in error.

Near Mint condition cards show minimal or no wear from play or handling and will have an unmarked surface, crisp corners, and otherwise pristine edges outside of minimal handling. Near Mint condition cards appear 'fresh out of the pack,' with edges and surfaces virtually free from all flaws. '

''Lightly Played (LP)'
Lightly Played condition cards can have slight border or corner wear, or possibly minor scratches. No major defects are present, and there are less than 4 total flaws on the card. Lightly Played condition foils may have slight fading or indications of wear on the card face. '

''Moderately Played (MP)'
Moderately Played condition cards have moderate wear, or flaws apparent to the naked eye. Moderately Played condition cards can show moderate border wear, mild corner wear, water damage, scratches , creases or fading, light dirt buildup, or any combination of these defects. '

''Heavily Played (HP)'
Heavily Played condition cards exhibit signs of heavy wear. Heavily Played condition cards may include cards that have significant creasing, folding, severe water damage, heavy whitening, heavy border wear, and /or tearing. '

''Damaged (D)'
Damaged condition cards show obvious tears, bends, or creases that could make the card illegal for tournament play, even when sleeved. Damaged condition cards have massive border wear, possible writing or major inking (ex. white-bordered cards with black-markered front borders), massive corner wear, prevalent scratching, folds, creases or tears. '
