Palico Cards & Collectibles is not liable for Stolen/Misplaced/Lost in Transit orders that have been marked as delivered.
Small Tears, Scuffs and separations at the seams of factory sealed product shrink wrap is completely normal and will not be grounds for compensation. All our products are sourced from official Canadian Distributors.

1. SHIPPING RATES FOR CANADA, UNITED STATES & INTERNATIONAL
Orders to Canada and US are sent via Canada Post, or third-party courier in the event of a Canada Post strike.
Orders containing ONLY trading card game singles in Canada are eligible for:
- $3.00 shipping, if the total order is equal to or less than 50 cards.
These orders are sent via Regular Letter Mail (Bubble Envelope) without tracking or insurance.
Orders shipped via Standard or Express shipping come with tracking.
Shipping fees for International orders outside of Canada and the U.S. will be calcuated at checkout.
Shipping to the U.S.
Orders to the U.S. may be subject to duties/customs fees upon arrival. It is the buyer's responsibility to account for these fees.
On August 29, 2025, the United States eliminated its $800 de minimis exemption—an exemption that has enabled Canadian merchants to ship low-value parcels into the U.S.
without duties, taxes, or full customs clearance. Due to this, all shipments will need to go through U.S. Customs Border Protection (CBP) and could be subject to duties, taxes and brokerage fees.
We are not responsible for covering these costs and they must be paid in order to receive your package. Any shipments that are denied & returned to sender may incur additional fees to have the package returned to our store. When processing your refund for the order, should it be returned to sender, you will be refunded minus these fees. (This includes shipping fees & duties/taxes fees).
2. WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP/ BE DELIVERED?
Most orders are being processed and shipped between 1 to 3 business days after your order is made.
3. ORDER ADJUSTMENTS
Changes to existing orders must be made by contacting us at palico.cards@gmail.com.
Changing the information on your account will not change the order details on our end. You must email or call us if you need to update this information.
Please try to give as much advance notice as possible if you are moving or changing addresses and have outstanding orders with us. Order modification requests may still not be possible in instances where an order has begun its fulfillment journey.
4. IN-STORE PICKUP
We are currently not offering in-store pickup.
5. WHERE DO WE DELIVER?
Currently we ship anywhere within Canada, the United States of America, and a select number of international countries. Certain products cannot be shipped to the United States of America and certain sale items may also be exempt from shipping to the USA. All restrictions will be noted on the given product's page.
6. SALES TAX
All orders are taxed according to your Province, Territory or State.
7. DAMAGED ITEMS
In the unfortunate event that you receive any damaged items in your parcel, please contact us at palico.cards@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the problem. Please also provide a photo of the problem if possible.
If the parcel you receive is damaged please document that as well so that we can be reimbursed by the carrier. We will gladly exchange, return or discount any damaged items.
8. PRE-ORDERS
Orders containing Pre-Order items will be held until ALL products in the order have been released. See our Pre-Order Policy for more information.
9. OVERSIZED ORDERS, SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES OR REMOTE LOCATIONS
In certain extraneous cases, additional shipping charges may be required. In these situations you will be contacted to arrange payment.
If a product increases in cost to us from distribution, in rare circumstance we reach out to you in order to pay an updated rate for the item. (For example, if an items cost to us increase so much that we are selling it at a loss). You will be contacted regarding this and invoiced accordingly.
10. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock/over sold when your order is placed, we will attempt to contact you and remove the item from your order.
11. QUANTITY & ORDER ADJUSTMENTS
We reserve the right to adjust the quantities of products ordered. These decisions will be made on a case by case basis and you will be notified of any changes made to your order. This pertains to and is not limited to "buyouts" and other orders involving the sale of high demand products. If an order is deemed to be for resale purposes it may also be subject to a potential adjustment.
12. SELLER PROTECTION & FRAUD DETECTION
Orders may be subject to a name, address, and phone verification with the issuing bank of the credit card. If there are any discrepancies or errors that arise from this process we will attempt to contact you to resolve the issue. Credit or Debit cards issued outside the USA or Canada are not accepted as we cannot perform this step if necessary.
At our discretion we may include a Card For Pickup or Signature option for higher valued orders. This acts as insurance/seller protection and also prevents the theft of orders left on doorsteps.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL AN ORDER FOR ANY REASON. IF WE DO YOU WILL RECEIVE A FULL REFUND.
